The Park will also provide a walkable live-work-play environment where offices are surrounded by dining, entertainment, shopping, and housing.

The Lowenstein Building and 1939 Building will consist of approximately 225,000 square feet of Class “A” office space (±39,000 square foot/floor), equipped for the latest technology, yet eloquently designed and styled, keeping with the character of its Southern history.

With spaces ranging from ±5,000 to ±80,000 square feet, the Lowenstein Building and 1939 Building offer its Tenants a variety of floor plans. Lease rates are $16 to $18 per square foot NNN, based on size and lease term.
