Will completed his undergraduate degree at Clemson University, where he received a BS in Civil Engineering, and his MBA at Winthrop University. He was a Lieutenant in the United States Army and a Facilities Engineer in Korea. After serving in the Army, Will worked in construction management as a registered engineer before pursuing a career in the real estate industry. He received his real estate license in 1976. Will joined The Tuttle Company as Vice President/Senior Broker in 1994. He is currently the company leader for industrial properties and has extensive experience in the leasing and sale of all types of improved commercial real estate and land in North Carolina and South Carolina. As a lifelong resident of South Carolina and a 50 year resident of Rock Hill, Will has served as past President of the York County Association of REALTORS, past President of the Greater Rock Hill Sertoma Club, and past Commander of the Catawba Squadron of the United States Sail and Power Squadrons. He has received the Ten-Year Charlotte Region Commercial Board of REALTORS Multi-Million Dollar Club/Deal Makers Award and qualified for Coldwell Banker’s Circle of Distinction for 10 years. Will and his wife, Bit, live in Rock Hill, South Carolina.
