Harold "Skip" Tuttle, PHD

Principal
Skip completed his undergraduate degree at the University of North Carolina and his MBA and PhD in Real Estate at Georgia State University. After spending several years in the private sector, he spent 14 years in higher education administration before starting the first exclusively commercial real estate firm in York County, South Carolina, in 1986. Since then, The Tuttle Company has grown into the largest full-service commercial real estate firm in the Piedmont Region of South Carolina and offers a variety of professional services to its clients including commercial brokerage, development, project management, property management, and consulting. In Skip’s 41 years as a resident of Rock Hill, South Carolina, he has served the community in a variety of ways including Chairman of the following: Winthrop University Board of Trustees, Rock Hill/York County Airport Commission, Keystone Substance Abuse Center Board of Directors, and the Piedmont Medical Center Board of Directors. He has also served as a member of the York County 2020 Long Range Steering Committee, the Winthrop University Foundation Board, the York County Regional Chamber Board, and the Joint Venture for Affordable Housing Executive Committee. Skip and his wife, Judy, live in Rock Hill, South Carolina. They have two sons, Jason and Wes; two daughters-in-law, Shelley and Lori; and four granddaughters, Ava, Addy, Mallory, and Ella.
